Built by a general contractor and a home-services company in Tampa
The CRM that runs the job from first call to paid.
Leads in, quote out, contract e-signed, crew dispatched, photos in, invoice paid by card — without a single spreadsheet or "did you get my text?"

One workspace. The whole job.
Leads that don't go cold
Website, ads and referrals land in one inbox. Book the visit in one tap, and automatic follow-ups keep working when you're on a ladder.
Quotes from your price sheet
Your items, your costs, your markup. Type quantities, the total builds itself, and the PDF goes out with your logo on it.
Contracts that get signed
Customers sign on their phone. You see Sent → Signed in real time, with a signed copy and an audit trail saved automatically.
Crews that know where to be
Assign a crew and a date; they get the job, the address and a photo-upload link. End-of-day photo requests go out on their own.
Before/after photos, organized
Every photo lands on the right job. Share a gallery link with the homeowner in one click.
Get paid in 2–3 business days
Send a pay link, the customer pays by card, and the money lands in your bank in 2–3 business days. Profit per job shows up right on the job.
Built on our own jobs, not in a lab
Construction Guy CRM started as the internal system for two working companies — a general contractor and a home-exterior contractor in the Tampa Bay area. Every screen exists because one of us needed it on a real job: the two-price quote, the insurance-expiry alert on a sub, the "the check cleared" note that lands on the customer's timeline.
That's still how it works. We run our businesses on it every day, and what we fix for ourselves ships to you.
